The historic performance for the 2017 Princeton offense produced several season- and career-record performances from senior quarterback Chad Kanoff and junior wide receivers Jesper Horsted and Stephen Carlson. Here is a look at the records that were set and some of the other historic achievements of this Tiger trio.

CHAD KANOFF
• broke the Princeton career record for passing yards with 7,510 … previous mark was Doug Butler ’86 (7,291)
• moved into sixth place in the Ivy League career passing yards list … Gavin Hoffman is fifth with 7,542
• broke the Princeton AND Ivy League record for single-season passing yards with 3,474 … previous Ivy mark was Jeff Mathews (3,412, 2011) and previous Princeton mark was Butler (3,175, 1983)
• broke the Princeton AND Ivy League record for single-season completion percentage with 73.2% … previous Ivy mark was Gavin Hoffman (70.5, 2000) and previous Princeton mark was Jason Garrett (68.2, 1988)
• finished second on the Princeton rankings and fourth on the Ivy League rankings in career completion percentage (64.5%)
• broke the Princeton pass efficiency single-season record and finished third on the Ivy list with 168.4 … previous Princeton mark was 151.64, set by Quinn Epperly in 1983
• broke the Princeton record for single-season completions and finished third on the Ivy League single-season list with 284 … previous Princeton mark was 224 (Butler, 1983) … only Brown’s James Perry (309, 1999) and Eric Webber (289, 2000) completed more
• broke the Princeton record for career completions and finished fourth on the Ivy League career list with 655 … previous Princeton mark was 542 (Butler, 1983-85) … only Mathews (901), Perry (789) and Cornell’s Ricky Rahne (678) have more
• broke the Princeton record and finished second on the Ivy League list for passing touchdowns with 29 … previous Princeton mark was 25 (Butler/Epperly) … only Webber has more (30, 2000)
• finished second on the Princeton career touchdown passes list with 43 … Butler threw 47 touchdown passes
• set Princeton record and finished sixth on the Ivy League list with 11 consecutive games with at least one touchdown pass
• tied the Ivy League record for most 400-yard passing games (three) and 300-yard passing games (eight) in a single season

JESPER HORSTED
• broke the Princeton single-season receptions record and finished third on the Ivy League list with 92 catches … previous Princeton record was 88 (Kevin Guthrie, 1983) … only Brown’s Steve Campbell (120, 2000) and Chas Gessner (114, 2002) have more
• broke the Princeton single-season touchdown catches record and finished second in the Ivy League with 14 … previous Princeton record was 11, held by Derek Graham (1983) and Roman Wilson (2013) … only Brown’s Sean Morey (15, 1997) has more
• finished second on the Princeton single-season receiving yards list and sixth on the Ivy list with 1,226 … Graham holds the Princeton record with 1,321 (1983), while Morey holds the Ivy League record with 1,434 (1997)

STEPHEN CARLSON
• would have matched the Princeton single-season touchdown receptions record with 11, although Horsted broke the mark one week earlier … ultimately ends up second on the Princeton single-season list and 12th on the Ivy League list
