TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR FOOTBALL FINALE; TIGERS SET TO HONOR MILITARY, PURPLE HEART HONOREE VICTOR PRATO ’15
Saturday’s home showdown between the Penn Quakers and 9th-ranked Princeton is set for 1 pm on Powers Field, and you can still get tickets at 609-258-4TIX or by clicking here. While you could see history on the field, there is plenty going on around the game as well. Mother Nature looks like she’ll cooperate as well, as the potential culmination of a perfect season could take place during a clear fall afternoon.
Here is a quick look at some of the things that will be going on around the 110th Penn-Princeton game.
SALUTE TO SERVICE DAY
• all military and service members with ID can secure up to 4 free tickets at will call booth one
• the first 1,000 fans can receive a red, white and blue tiger t-shirt
• Purple Heart honoree and former Princeton defensive lineman Victor Prato ’15 will be an honorary captain for the pregame coin flip; check out this #TellUsTigers Q&A that the University did recently with Prato, who received the Bronze Star this past March
There are also scheduled to be giveaways during the day, a Humvee display and a rock climbing wall
• the Princeton Class of 2019, which has won two Ivy League title and nearly 70% of its games since their freshman season, will be honored shortly before kickoff
